1. Information We Collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general location and device type, and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
Information you send us directly. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or our contact form, we receive whatever information you choose to share (for example, your name, email, phone number, or travel dates) so we can answer your question or help you book a tour.
Booking information. When you book a tour or charter on this Site, we collect the information needed to complete and operate that reservation directly: contact details, the names of everyone in your group, answers to booking questions (such as hotel/accommodation and dietary restrictions, used internally by our team to plan the tour), and your selected date, guest count, and format (shared or private).
Payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor, which supports credit/debit cards and OXXO cash payments. We never receive or store your full card number — card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment fields, and we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded along with limited transaction metadata (amount, payment method type, and status).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, help you plan and book a tour, improve this Site based on how it's actually used, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure Site usage. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's privacy settings at any time — the Site will still work normally without them.
4. Third-Party Services

8. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children online. Some tours do have age or accompaniment requirements for minors — see each tour's "Know Before You Book" section.
